While in-game hit the "P" key to enter the pause menu, then go to combos and view all pages.
FLOATIN
Jump and hit the "A" button to do the move. This is the Fire Spin move that you can spam to win the game more easily.

EVIL DEAD
Within one of the secret areas you will enter a mini-game and after wards you will receive the medal.
It is in the jungle stage (3rd stage).
MEDICATION
Within one of the secret areas you will enter a mini-game and after wards you will receive the medal.
It is in the second secret area, in the first stage.
SUPASPY
Find all of the secret areas. All of them are located at the top of the screen and are green. For some you can just jump and fire spin a lot to reach them, if not then jump onto an nearby object. If I remember correctly there is 2 in each stage. 14649

At the beginning of the jungle stage (3rd stage), try doing some fire attacks around the man's cigarette. I did it with the D + A attack so i don't know if it works with anything else.
TOASTY
Use the D + A attack to kill 10 people. This is easily obtained at the first mini-game (MEDICATION). This move requires half of the special bar so use it wisely.
ANIMAL CONTROL
Kill the rat in the boiler room. Spam fire roll. (Jump + "A")
RECOUNT
Kill the Class President. Spam fire roll. (Jump + "A")
UBERPWNT
Kill the first boss, UberBot. Again, spam fire roll. (Jump + "A")
YES WE CAN!
Kill the last boss, Pico. Spam some more fire rolls (Jump + "A") and when those arrows appear get to high ground.
MUST BE THE AFRO.
Beat the game without dieing. I almost got this on my first run. The only real challenge is Pico. MEDAL GET!
