In the main menu, roll over El-Cid's icon (bottom-right) you'll see an "X" on Ryu's fingertip, move over to the "X" without going over any other icons. Once at the "X" a secret icon will appear, click it.

Beat the game. You have to make it through 5 eras of time, each including 1 boss battle and 3 waves of enemies.

FIGHT IN THE SHADE
Have 20 arrows on screen at once. Level up piecing arrows and homing arrows all the way. Buy the extra turrets defense and combine piecing and homing arrows. Pick the 3rd wave of any era and activate the extra turrets power-up. Just shoot like mad (Have the controls on hold not drag).

I HAVE THE POWERS
After completing the game just continuously play through some more waves until you get enough experience to level up all arrow types.

QUICKDRAW
Like FIGHT IN THE SHADE, get and combine level 3 piecing and homing arrows; plus be sure you have the extra turrets defense. Once you start the boss battle active the extra turrets and fire like crazy (Controls on hold not drag). If you don't get it on the first try just keep at it.

TIME HUNTER
This requires level 3 time arrows. Pick wave 3 in the first era and equip time arrow and lighting. If you hit an enemy with the arrow they will turn into dinosaurs.

RUTHLESS
This is what you do. First, be sure to not kill the scavenger. Secondly, get to Milos and receive the green tube (Keep him alive). Thirdly, go the scavenger and turn the tube into a bomb, kill him after. Use the bomb on the worm. Go to Milos and get yellow clearance, and kill him after. Complete the game to get the medal.

BLIND AMBITION
Do not kill the scavenger. Once you get to Milos, un-holster your gun and re-holster it. Get the green tube from Milos and kill him right after you pick it up. Go to the scavenger and give him the tube and he will turn it into a bomb. Go to the worms lair and use the bomb on him. Go into the station and walk to the left. A security bot will kill you because you cannot continue on, then you get the medal.

PINK MASSACRE
Killing around 50 bunnies, be sure to open the middle security locker to make this easier (code is 1977). Then once you think you have killed enough beat the game. Note: This medal can be obtained along with other medals, so to save time do this while preforming another medal.

You just have to pick up a chainsaw. There is one in the first level but it is hard to get. I recommend getting the one in the third level. Once you get the blue keycard you can enter the right side of the building and that is where a chainsaw is. You just have to look around a bit to find it.

NOTE: For most of the medals, start a new game. (Custom > Casual > Round Length= 100 secs. > Round scaling= 0.1X). Just stick to what the medal requires. If you run out of ammo/health just stand inside/between enemies. The ammo crate will appear eventually. Once you achieve the medal, start a new game and go for another one.

The picture below is an example of standing in enemies. They cannot shoot you if your in this position, unless of course they have the rebound shotgun or a grenade launcher. If multiple enemies are around, jump until they are all right next to you.

CAN'T WAIT FOR IT
Kill an enemy by shooting them will a grenade dart, and then with a spike grenade. Find a spike grenade launcher, and a grenade dart launcher. Carry them both and just shoot them in the order it says to.

EXECUTION
Preform a execution. This is done most easily with the pipe. Just throw away both of your weapons and hit an enemy twice with the pipe. Hit "F" to preform the execution.

Misanthropist
Get 150 kils in a single match. Easiest to achieve at the largest courses, because they all have certain spots where you can hide.

You Can Shoot Them Too
Pick up two weapons, and throw them with <spacebar>, just keep picking up the same weapons and throw them at your opponent. Easiest to achieve at the start of a round, when you only have 1 opponent.

Variety kill
Make sure you have two weak weapons in your inventory, and two more on the ground next to you, then shoot one bullet with each weapon. Easiest to achieve early in a round.

Cranial Eviscerator
Get 150 Headshots in a single round. In my personal opinion, it's the easiest with either the Grenade Dart Launcher from a distance, or the dual lever shotguns up close. Just always aim for the head.

Pretty self-explainatory, just kill at least one opponent with each weapon. Remember that the single-wielded weapon is not the weapon as the dual wielded. An easy tactic for this one, is to basically kill your opponent, then pick up their weapon, kill a new opponent, pickup their weapon, kill a new opponent and so on...

Get 100 kills with the respective weapon. Easiest to achieve by restarting after you get one of the achievements, as the AI gets increasingly difficult through the level. Can't get 100 kills? Keep practising, and you'll get it eventually. Got no help for you there.

Abundance of ammunition, Beligerantly understated and Shove it up their nose and pull the trigger!

Divine powers
Get 100 kills with the artifact 19. To obtain this weapon, you need to get 100 kills for every weapon in the first group, and 50 kills for every weapon in the second group. You will automatically obtain this weapon at the start of the round, together with the beretta and the tommy gun. It has only 100 bullets, but recharges automatically, and can shoot multiple opponents at the time.
